Mr. Bevins is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Officer (USPTO). Mr. Bevins specializes in working with inventors, drafting patent applications, and handling related prosecution before the USPTO in the areas of semiconductor design and fabrication, digital and analog electronics, communication systems, software, and information technologies. In his time with the firm, Mr. Bevins has prepared over 200 patent applications. Mr. Bevins also has substantial experience in trademark matters.

Mr. Bevins is licensed to practice in North Carolina and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
