Anthony Josephson, Patent Attorney

Mr. Josephson is a registered patent attorney whose practice includes patent preparation, prosecution, and opinion drafting. He has worked with a broad range of technologies including software, telecommunications, peer-to-peer networks, digital imaging, medical devices, semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment, power generation plants, turbo machinery, and thermal chambers, to name a few.

Prior to practicing intellectual property law, Mr. Josephson worked as an electromechanical engineer with NASA at Goddard Space Flight Center where he worked on programs including the Hubble Space Telescope and Mars Observer.

Mr. Josephson is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
